摘要
加氢裂化可灵活生产喷气燃料和柴油产品,为应对喷气燃料淡季库存高企、出厂困难等问题。在4.0Mt/年加氢裂化装置运转末期,存在反应操作瓶颈条件下,利用SIMSCI PRO/II软件对分离进行了流程模拟及实际运行调整,工业运转结果表明,通过调整主分馏塔操作,可压减喷气燃料20t/h至柴油产品中,所得柴油产品满足出厂要求,十六烷值指数长期维持在55~58.5,质量长期稳定。喷气燃料和调整至罐区柴油产品出厂。实现了喷气燃料产品零产出,到达全厂喷气燃料减产降库,提高企业经济效益的目标。
Hydrocracking can flexibly produce jet fuel and diesel products to address issues such as high inventory during the off-season of jet fuel.At the end of operation of a 4.0Mt/a hydrocracking unit,under the condition of reaction operation bottleneck,SIMSCI PRO/II software was used to simulate the separation process and adjust the actual operation.The industrial operation results showed that by adjusting the main fractionator operation,jet fuel could be converted by 20t/h to diesel products,and the obtained diesel products met the specification requirements.The cetane number index remained at 55~58.5,and the quality remained stable for a long time.Jet fuel and diesel products from storage area pool could be adjusted to meet the specification requirements also.Zero output of jet fuel products,achieved the goal of reduce inventory of jet fuel throughout the factory,and improved the economic benefits.
