摘要
流花11-1油田油井生产管柱回收后其表面附着大量重垢油污,清洗困难。通过油污组分分析,研究出一种油污清洗剂,该清洁剂可以降低原油粘度,提高油污流动性,渗透性强。应用该重垢油污清洁剂清洗管柱内外壁附着的油污,管柱清洁度对比未采用清洁剂提高90%以上,提高了现场作业效率,降低环保风险。
After the recovery of oil well production pipe string in Liuhua 11-1 oilfield,a large amount of oil is attached to the surface,which is difficult to clean.Through the analysis of oil pollution components,a kind of oil pollution cleaning agent is developed,which can reduce the viscosity of crude oil and improve the flow of oil pollution.By using the heavy-duty oil cleaning agent to clean the oil attached to the inner and outer walls of the pipe column,the cleanliness of the pipe column is increased by more than 90%compared with that without using the cleaning agent,which improves the field operation efficiency and reduces the environmental protection risk.
