摘要
镇海炼化1#产品精制装置焦化液化气脱硫醇系统采用新鲜碱液与液化气在纤维膜两相接触反应的脱硫醇工艺,通过分析镇海炼化1#产品精制装置焦化液化气脱硫脱硫醇系统废渣、废水、废气排放及节能减排等要素,采取了相应解决对策进行优化,有效解决了装置废渣、废水及挥发性有机物排放问题。
Zhenhai refining 1#product refining device coking liquefied gas thiol system using fresh alkali and liquefied gas in fibrous membrane two phase contact reaction of thiol process,through the analysis of zhenhai refining 1#product refining unit coking gas desulfurization thiol system of waste residue,waste water,exhaust emissions and energy conservation and emission reduction elements,take the corresponding countermeasures to optimize,effectively solve the plant waste residue,waste water and volatile organic compounds emissions.
