摘要
该选矿厂建设初期本着创建国内一流自动化矿山企业目标,设计、安装自动化设施,建成投产后该选厂与外委自动化企业合作,采用设备租赁、签订生产合同方式,自动化现场技术人员根据半自磨+球磨工艺流程特点,结合该选矿厂生产现场实际,在确保生产稳定前提下,最大限度提高半自磨台效和选矿回收率的原则,开发了磨矿分级、浮选过程控制软件。本文结合该选矿厂磨选自动化系统的应用实践,介绍该控制软件台效、粒级、浮选过程、药剂控制先进控制逻辑,并测试该软件与人工操作台效提高约16.27t/h,回收率提高约1.48%。
At the initial stage of construction,the concentrator designed and installed automation facilities in line with the goal of creating a domestic first-class automatic mining enterprise.After completion and operation,the concentrator cooperated with outsourcing automation enterprises by means of equipment leasing and signing production contracts.The automation field technicians according to the characteristics of semi self grinding+ball milling process and combined with the actual production site of the concentrator,On the premise of ensuring the stability of production,the control software of grinding,classification and flotation process is developed based on the principle of maximizing the efficiency of semi self grinding platform and beneficiation recovery.Combined with the application practice of the grinding and beneficiation automation system in the concentrator,this paper introduces the advanced control logic of the control software,such as platform efficiency,particle size,flotation process and reagent control.The efficiency of the software and manual operation platform is increased by about 16.27t/h,and the recovery is increased by about 1.48%.
