摘要
目前,建筑产业化对传统建筑方式产生了深入变革,施工现场的污染大幅降低,建筑能耗大幅降低,环境保护工作取得成效,从而提升了生产的效率和房屋建筑的质量水平。由于集成装配式房屋构件是通过工厂内钢框架模块制造加工后,在其中安装叠合板构件,最后进行墙板构件的施工,因此模块加工后,要通过道路运输的方式运送到现场进行建造施工。这种装配式建筑能够加快施工速度,降低对环境的污染,缓解资源浪费现象,高效地实现建筑节能目标。
At present,the industrialization of construction has produced a profound change in the traditional construction mode,the pollution at the construction site has been greatly reduced,the energy consumption of the construction has been greatly reduced,and the environmental protection work has achieved results,which subsequently improve the efficiency of production and the quality level of housing construction.The integrated prefabricated house components are manufactured and processed by the steel frame modules in the factory,then the laminated plate components are installed in them,and finally the construction of the wall panel components is carried out.Therefore,after the modules are processed,they should be transported to the site by road transportation for construction.This kind of prefabricated building can speed up construction,reduce environmental pollution,alleviate resource waste,and efficiently achieve the goal of construction energy conservation.
