基于“双碳”目标的城乡规划策略分析

Analysis of Urban and Rural Planning Strategy Based on“Dual Carbon”Goal

为解决城乡规划环节存在的环保理念缺失问题,规避由此引发的生态协调能力下降困境,保障“碳达峰、碳中和”战略的稳步推行,本文进行了深入、系统的探究。首先简要剖析“双碳”目标与城乡规划之间的关系,指出城市、乡村均是碳排放的重要来源和治理对象,在此基础上,归纳可行的城乡规划改进策略与方法,提出了重构空间格局、调整消费模式、优化产业结构、改善资源配置等系列建议。

In order to solve the problem of insufficient environmental protection concept in urban and rural planning,avoid the resulting dilemma of ecological coordination ability decline,and ensure the steady implementation of the“carbon peak and carbon neutrality”strategy,this paper conducts an in-depth and systematic exploration.Firstly,the relationship between the“dual carbon”goal and urban and rural planning is briefly analyzed,and it is pointed out that both urban and rural areas are important sources of carbon emissions and governance objects.On this basis,feasible strategies and methods for improving urban and rural planning are summarized,and a series of suggestions are put forward,such as reconstructing the spatial pattern,adjusting the consumption pattern,optimizing the industrial structure,and improving the allocation of resources.
