At present,construction project management mainly adopts traditional methods to complete work tasks.Although it can meet basic needs,there are often some shortcomings.For example,traditional methods lack a comprehensive assessment and response mechanism for project risks,difficulty in achieving efficient workflow and resource utilization.Therefore,in order to promote the development of the construction industry and improve the level of construction quality,it is necessary to explore new methods of construction project management.The article aims to provide useful references for promoting the development of the construction industry by analyzing the current situation and innovative approaches of construction project management.
