房建工程施工管理中的质量控制措施研究

Explore the Quality Control Measures in the Construction Management of House Construction Engineering

为延长建筑物生命周期,提升建筑实体质量,文章对房建工程施工质量管理工作进行了研究,发现施工时影响房建工程质量因素较多,任何一环节出现问题都会诱发不可预估后果。针对施工管理质量控制中存在的建筑材料、设备质量把控不足、作业人员专业水平低、质量控制制度不健全、施工方案不合理等问题,提出严格把控施工材料及设备质量,提升作业人员素养,健全质控制度,重视先进技术注入等措施,以供借鉴。

In order to extend the life cycle of buildings and improve the quality of building entities,this paper studies the construction quality management of housing construction projects,and finds that there are many factors affecting the quality of housing construction projects during construction,and problems in any link will induce unpredictable consequences.In view of the problems existing in the quality control of construction management,such as insufficient control over the quality of construction materials and equipment,low professional level of operators,unsound quality control system,unreasonable construction scheme and so on,this paper puts forward some measures for reference,such as strictly controlling the quality of construction materials and equipment,improving the quality of operators,improving the degree of quality control,and paying attention to the injection of advanced technology.
