At present,there are various types of affordable housing available in the market,which are expensive and unaffordable for many people.Therefore,it is necessary to find a more cost-effective method to meet people's needs and promote social development.The article is based on the theory of affordable housing.By studying the industrialization design module of affordable housing units and combining it with the spatial layout design of elderly friendly housing,the applicability and sustainability of affordable housing have been effectively improved,providing strong support for the development of the affordable housing industry.
