With the intensification of global climate change and environmental pollution,people pay more and more attention to environmental protection and sustainable development.In the field of architecture,green building,as a new architectural concept,has gradually become one of the focuses of attention.However,in the process of practical application,green building also has some problems to be solved.These problems not only affect the quality and efficiency of the project,but also have a negative impact on the development of the whole industry.Starting from the overview of green building project management,this paper analyzes the causes of the existing problems,and puts forward corresponding solutions,which effectively improves the quality of green buildings and provides strong support for the realization of sustainable development.
