Research on the Application of BIM Technology in the Construction Process of Hefei Central Library

在工程施工阶段,通过BIM技术优化施工组织设计,强化施工过程管控,能够提升项目数字化建造水平,实现项目数字化和精细化管理,取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。文章结合合肥市中心图书馆项目建造实例,研究了BIM技术在施工阶段的应用方法,根据项目重难点,分析了BIM技术在施工场地布置、机电安装施工、预应力施工、幕墙排版、钢板剪力墙、GIS技术应用、装配式机房施工、智慧工地协同管理平台等方面的应用价值。

In the project construction stage,through BIM Technology to optimize the construction organization design and strengthen the control of the construction process,the digital construction level of the project can be improved,the digital and refined management of the project can be realized,and good social and economic benefits can be achieved.Combining with the construction example of Hefei Central Library project,this paper studies the application method of BIM Technology in the construction stage.According to the key and difficult points of the project,it analyzes the application value of BIM Technology in the construction site layout,electromechanical installation construction,prestressed construction,curtain wall layout,steel plate shear wall,GIS technology application,prefabricated machine room construction,smart site collaborative management platform,etc.
