摘要
BIM技术通过整合各种信息资源,为建筑项目的各个阶段提供支持,从而加快了建筑项目施工进度,降低了建设成本,确保了工程质量。机电安装作为建筑项目中的一个重要部分,由于其施工的复杂性和特殊要求,需要采用更先进、更高效的技术方法。文章主要研究了BIM技术在机电安装专业施工中的应用,分析并解决了施工过程中土建施工与管线综合遇到的复杂性问题,避免了管线综合时的“碰撞现象”,探讨了其在设计、施工、运营和维护等阶段为建设项目提供的增值服务。
BIM technology provides support for all stages of construction projects by integrating various information resources,thus speeding up the construction progress of construction projects,reducing construction costs and ensuring project quality.As an important part of construction projects,die to the complexity and particularity of mechanical and electrical installation require,more advanced and efficient techologies need to beadopted.This paper mainly studies the application of BIM technology in the construction of mechanical and electrical installation specialty,analyzes and solves the complex problems encountered in the civil construction and pipeline integration in the construction process,predicts and avoids the“collision phenomenon”in the pipeline integration,and discusses the value-added services it provides for the construction project in the stages of design,construction,operation and maintenance.
