基于岗位职业能力分析的船舶专业课程体系构建

摘要 我国船舶工业进入绿色智能化转型机遇期,升级成效显著,发展势头良好。同时,我国的船舶制造行业面临国内外市场需求变化、技术创新挑战、环境保护压力等多重因素影响,需要不断进行结构调整,提升绿色化、智能化、高端化水平,增强核心竞争力和可持续发展力。在调研岗位能力需求基础上,结合职业院校船舶专业建设与人才培养情况,提出重构专业课程体系,应对船舶工业转型升级带来的岗位职业能力需求变化。 China's shipbuilding industry has entered the green and intelligent transformation opportunity period,with remarkable upgrading results and good development momentum.At the same time,China's shipbuilding industry is facing the influence of multiple factors such as changes in domestic and foreign market demand,technological innovation challenges,and environmental protection pressure,and needs to constantly adjust its structure,improve the level of green,intelligent and high-end development,and enhance its core competitiveness and sustainable development.Based on the investigation of post ability demand,combined with the construction and personnel training of the shipbuilding specialty in vocational colleges,this paper proposes to reconstruct the professional curriculum system to cope with the changes in post occupational ability demand brought by the transformation and upgrading of the shipbuilding industry.
