基于学科特点的激光加工实训改革分析

摘要 激光加工技术属于先进制造技术,它的飞速发展使得其在工程训练教学中扮演越来越重要的角色。面向各个学科进行的工程训练项目中,激光加工设置课时相对较少,教学内容大体无变化,教学效果参差不齐。本着以学生为核心的教学思路为主线,进一步凝练并提升沈阳航空航天大学工程训练中心特色建设的原则,并结合不同学科特点、特色(以航空宇航学科为例),设置具有针对性的实训内容,实训内容更加丰富,从而更好地促进了每个学生的个性化发展,提升应用型人才培养质量。并将不同学科实训项目与思政理念结合起来,将能够有助于培养具备先进理念和较高工程创新能力的综合型应用型人才。 Laser processing technology is an advanced manufacturing technology.Its rapid development makes it play a more and more important role in engineering training teaching.In the engineering training projects for various disciplines,since relatively few class hours for laser processing and the teaching content is generally unchanged,so the teaching effect is uneven.Based on the student-centered teaching idea as the main line,the principle of further refining and improving the characteristic construction of our engineering training center.Combined with the characteristics of different disciplines(Take aeronautics and astronautics as an example),targeted training content is set,which makes the training content richer,so as to better promote the personalized development of each student and improve the training quality of adpplied talents.The combination of different discipline training projects and ideological and political ideas will help to cultivate comprehensive applied talents with advanced ideas and high engineering innovation ability.
