随着国家对高校的投资力度逐年增大,学校的实验室与资产设备也在逐年增长,为各高校的教学科研工作提供了有力支撑,这些宝贵资源的有效利用和安全运行是高校管理工作的重中之重。但是目前高校实验室管理在制度建设、人员管理、资源利用、安全运行等方面存在诸多问题,通过利用互联网技术建立起实验室综合智慧管理平台,将实验室运行管理涉及到的工作流程、资源共享、安全保障等各个环节集中于同一平台,既可以提高实验室管理工作效率,又实现了资源利用最大化。

As the states investment in colleges and universities increases year by year,the schools laboratories and assets and equipment are also increasing year by year.It has provided a strong support for the teaching and research work of various colleges and universities.The effective use and safe operation of these valuable resources are the top priorities of university management.However,at present,there are many problems in university laboratory management in terms of system construction,personnel management,resource utilization,and safe operation.By using Internet technology to establish a laboratory comprehensive intelligent management platform,the workflow and resource sharing involved in laboratory operation and management are shared,security and other links are concentrated on the same platform,which can not only improve the efficiency of laboratory management,but also maximize the utilization of resources.
