艰险山区铁路工程建设管理协同度评价研究

摘要 研究目的:随着铁路工程建设规模不断扩大,其所面临的建设环境更具复杂性、艰险性,对铁路工程建设管理协同性提出更高的要求。本文提出科学的艰险山区铁路工程建设管理协同度评价模型,可为艰险山区铁路工程建设管理协同度评价提供一定的借鉴和参考。研究结论:(1)基于协同理论和物理-事理-人理(WSR)要素分析法,构建了艰险山区铁路工程建设管理协同度评价指标体系;(2)采用改进的模糊层次分析法(FAHP)法和基于熵值法的专家赋权法以组合赋权的方式对评价指标赋权,并结合熵值理论,构建了基于协同熵的协同度评价模型;(3)对某艰险山区铁路工程建设项目的协同度进行评价,验证了该评价模型的科学性和可行性;(4)本研究成果主要应用于艰险山区铁路工程建设协同管理领域。 Research purposes:With the continuous expansion of the construction scale of railway engineering,the construction environment it faces is more complex and dangerous,which puts forward higher requirements for the coordination of railway engineering construction management.This paper puts forward a scientific evaluation model of railway engineering construction management collaboration in difficult and dangerous mountain areas,which can provide some reference for the evaluation of railway engineering construction management collaboration in difficult and dangerous mountain areas.Research conclusions:(1)Based on synergy theory and Wuli-Shili-Renli(WSR)factor analysis,the evaluation index system of railway engineering construction management synergy in difficult and dangerous mountain areas is constructed.(2)The improved fuzzy analytical hierarchy process(FAHP)method and the expert weighting method based on entropy method are used to weight the evaluation indexes in the way of combined weighting,and combined with the entropy theory,the synergy degree evaluation model based on co-entropy is constructed.(3)Takes a railway construction project in difficult and dangerous mountain area as an example to evaluate its synergy degree,which confirms the scientific and the feasibility of the evaluation model.(4)This research achievement is mainly applied in the field of collaborative management of railway engineering construction in difficult and dangerous mountainous areas.
