目前机场在新建和改扩建时,特别强调立体交通多网融合建设,建设以航站楼为中心的综合一体化枢纽。枢纽机场轨道交通项目的主要特点是跨行业、跨专业、跨组织、投资规模大、建设工期长、界面界定困难,其中工程投资划分是各建设单位关注的焦点。枢纽机场轨道接入工程投资界面划分直接影响项目投入和建设效率,制约枢纽机场轨道接入工程的建设。文章以枢纽机场轨道接入工程投资界面划分的影响因素为研究对象,运用文献综述法、专家调查法等研究方法凝练影响因素,从管理者因素、建设管理模式、投资方情况、项目收益、政府调控、工程结合情况6个维度筛选出关键性影响因素14个,构建枢纽机场轨道接入工程投资界面划分影响因素体系,确定各因素间的相关性,研究发现技术垄断性、项目未来收益能力和投资收益平衡性是影响枢纽机场轨道交通工程投资界面划分最根本的因素,为确定机场轨道接入工程投资界面划分原则奠定基础。

At present,when constructing and expanding airports,special emphasis is placed on the integration of three-dimensional transportation and multiple networks,and the construction of a comprehensive integrated hub centered on the terminal.The main characteristics of hub airport rail transit projects are cross industry,cross specialty,cross organization,large investment scale,long construction period,and difficult interface definition.Among them,the division of engineering investment is the focus of attention for each construction unit.The investment interface division of the hub airport rail access project directly affects project investment and construction efficiency,and restricts the construction of the hub airport rail access project.Taking the influencing factors of investment interface division for hub airport rail access engineering as the research object,literature review method,expert survey method and other research methods are used to refine the influencing factors.14 key influencing factors are selected from six dimensions:manager factor,construction management mode,investor situation,project income,government regulation,and engineering combination situation.A system of influencing factors for investment interface division of hub airport rail access engineering is constructed,to determine the correlation between various factors,research has found that technological monopoly,project future profitability,and investment income balance are the most fundamental factors affecting the division of investment interfaces for hub airport rail transit projects,laying the foundation for determining the principles of investment interface division for airport rail access projects.
