基于TBM盾构机的巷道快速掘进体系的应用研究

摘要 为了解决井下硬岩巷道掘进效率低下的问题,提出了基于隧道掘进机(TBM)的井下巷道快速掘进体系。通过建立刀盘的多目标优化模型,利用遗传算法对隧道掘进机正滚刀的布局结构进行分析,提高了掘进机井下巷道掘进作业效率。通过对掘进过程中巷道围岩稳定性的分析,确定了顶板锚杆快速支护方案。开发了全新的掘进机井下运输、组装、掘进工艺方案,实现了掘、支、排同步作业。该掘进系统在煤矿井下的实际应用表明,新的巷道快速掘进技术,能够将截齿使用寿命提升39.2%,将巷道井下掘进效率提升6倍,为进一步全面推广该掘进系统奠定了坚实的基础。 In order to solve the problem of low excavation efficiency in underground hard rock tunnels,the article proposes a rapid excavation system for underground tunnels based on tunnel boring machines(TBM),whose practical application in coal mines shows that the new rapid excavation technology for tunnels can increase the service life of cutting teeth by 39.2%and im-prove the excavation efficiency of tunnels underground by 6 times.By establishing a multi-objective optimization model for the cutterhead and using genetic algorithm to analyze the layout structure of the positive rolling cutter of the tunnel boring machine,the efficiency of the underground tunnel excavation operation of the machine has been improved.By analyzing the stability of the surrounding rock of the tunnel during the excavation process,the paper determines a rapid support plan for the roof bolt and de-velops a new underground transportation,assembly,and excavation process plan for tunneling machines,which achieves syn-chronous operations of excavation,support,and excavation and lays a solid foundation for further comprehensive promotion of this excavation system.
