基于综放开采的顶煤破碎与采放高度分析

摘要 以北辛窑煤业8103综放工作面为工程背景,为提高厚煤层工作面的资源采出率,采用顶煤破碎理论分析、FLAC3D有限差分法计算模拟等方法,探讨合理的采放煤高度;分析表明,工作面煤壁水平位移随着机采高度的增高而不断变大,且在煤壁前上方出现最大位移,岩石破坏变形范围随机采高度增高而不断延伸,当机械化采煤高度为4m时,老顶容易发生破断;实践表明,工作面选择机采高度4m时,其采出率可达82.24%~85.09%。 Taking the 8103 fully mechanized caving face of Beixinyao Coal Industry as the engineering background,in order to improve the resource extraction rate of thick coal seam working face,the article adopts methods such as top coal crushing theory analysis and FLAC3D finite difference method calculation simulation to explore a reasonable mining and caving height,whose analysis shows that the horizontal displacement of the coal wall in the working face continuously increases with the increase of machine mining height,and the maximum displacement appears above the front of the coal wall,The range of rock failure and deformation increases randomly with increasing mining height and continuously extends.When the mechanized mining height is 4 meters,the main roof is prone to breakage.Practice shows that when selecting a mining height of 4 meters for the working face,the extraction rate can reach 82.24%to 85.09%.
