摘要
巷道的稳定性是工作面安全回采的重要保障;近距离采空区下巷道常因布置方式及支护技术不合理而导致巷道稳定性下降。本文以洪崖煤矿3-1042回风巷为工程背景,采用数值模拟、理论分析计算和现场实测等方法,对近距离煤层采空区下巷道布置及支护技术进行探讨;分析表明,近距离采空区下3-1042巷道上方应力分布不均,内错5m布置方式有利于巷道稳定,并确定巷道支护方案;支护方案实施后,巷道监测数据表明,掘进和回采期间,该巷道的断面收敛率均小于10%。
Stability of roadway is an important guarantee for the safe mining of the working face.The stability of the roadway in close distance goaf is often reduced due to unreasonable layout and support technology.Taking the 3-1042 ventilation roadway of Hongya Colliery as engineering background,using numerical simulation,theoretical analysis and calculation,and on-site measurement methods,the paper explores the layout and support technology of the roadway in close distance goaf,finds out that the stress distribution above the 3-1042 roadway under close distance goaf is uneven,and the internal staggered arrangement of 5 meters is conducive to the stability of the roadway,and determines the roadway support scheme,whose implementation shows that during excavation and mining,the convergence rate of the cross-section of the roadway is less than 10%.
