摘要
针对慈林山煤矿9107运输巷掘进速度慢、支护工程量大等问题,根据现场实际条件降低了支护密度,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对比分析了支护方案优化前后的巷道围岩应力、塑性区分布及变形情况,验证了新支护方案的可行性。结果表明,采用新支护方案后,巷道整体变形量较小,且支护成本大幅降低,掘进速度也提高了约40%,经济效益显著。
In response to the problems of slow excavation speed and large amount of support engineering in the 9107 transportation roadway of Cilinshan Clliery,the support density has been reduced based on actual on-site conditions.FLAC3D numerical simulation software has been used to compare and analyze the stress,plastic zone distribution,and deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway before and after the optimization of the support plan,which verifies the feasibility of the new support plan.The results show that after adopting the new support scheme,the overall deformation of the tunnel is relatively small,the support cost is significantly reduced,and the excavation speed is also increased by about 40%,which has significant social and economic benefits.
