摘要
为提升选煤厂精煤质量、达到节能降耗的目的,对斜沟煤矿选煤厂仓下给煤机控制系统进行变频改造。设计以AB控制器、ABB变频器以及CAN总线通讯为核心的给煤机变频控制方案,重点阐述了改造方案原理、硬件以及软件设计并完成应用分析。分析结果表明,改造后的仓下给煤机控制系统可将精煤灰分误差控制在±0.22%以内,精煤硫分误差控制在±0.18%以内,节电幅度可达11.84%,达到了预期改造目标。
In order to improve the refined coal quality and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction in coal preparation plant of Xiegou Colliery,the author proposes the frequency conversion transformation on the control system of coal feeder under bunker with AB controller,ABB frequency converter and CAN bus communication as the core,including the principle,hardware and sofware design,whose application analysis results show that the modified control system can control the ash error of refined coal within±0.22%,the sulfur error of refined coal within±0.18%with power saving range 11.84%,achieving the expected transformation goal.
