大数据时代下人事档案电子化管理研究

摘要 文章分析大数据时代下人事档案电子化管理的重要性和优势,并针对其中的挑战提出相应的措施。大数据、云计算、5G技术、智能物联网技术、电子签名技术、区块链技术等新兴技术在人事档案电子化管理中发挥重要作用,使得分类保管更加简便、计算存储功能强大、查询利用更加直观、工作质效显著提升。然而,物理网络安全、局域网络安全和外部网络安全等方面的挑战也日益显现。为应对这些挑战,文章提出强化档案电子化管理基础建设、注重档案电子化管理技术应用、档案电子化管理安全保障和增强档案电子化管理队伍综合素质等建议。 This paper analyzes the importance and advantages of electronized management of personnel archives in the era of big data,and puts forward the corresponding measures according to the challenges.Emerging technologies such as big data,cloud computing,5G technology,intelligent Internet of Things technology,electronic signature technology,blockchain technology and so on have played an important role in the electronized management of personnel archives,making classified storage more convenient,powerful computing and storage functions,query and utilization more intuitive,and significantly improving the quality and efficiency of work.However,the challenges in physical network security,local network security and external network security are also emerging.In order to cope with these challenges,this paper puts forward the suggestions on strengthening the infrastructure construction of electronized archives management,paying attention to the application of electronized archives management technology,ensuring the security of electronized archives management and enhancing the energy of electronized archives management teams.
