摘要
在智慧化背景下,高校档案服务呈现互动性越来越强,对技术要求越来越高,服务去中心化等特点,同时也存在用户需求挖掘不足、服务方式和内容单一、服务质量评价体系不完善、管理人才队伍建设相对滞后等问题,文章旨在通过深入分析这些问题和特点,为高校档案服务能力提升提供策略建议,为高校档案利用服务工作提供有益参考。
Under the background of intellectualization,the archives service in colleges and universities is becoming more and more interactive,with higher and higher technical requirements and decentralized service.At the same time,there are also some problems,such as insufficient users demand mining,single service mode and content,imperfect service quality evaluation system,and relatively backward construction of management talents team.This paper aims to analyze these problems and characteristics,and provides strategic suggestions for improving the ability of archives service in colleges and universities,and provides beneficial reference for the utilization and service of archives in colleges and universities.
