银黄清肺胶囊治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作痰热壅肺证的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Yinhuang Qingfei Capsule in the Treatment of Phlegm-Heat Obstructing Lung Syndrome of Acute Episodes of Chronic Bronchitis

目的探究银黄清肺胶囊治疗慢性支气管炎(chronicbronchitis,CB)急性发作痰热壅肺证的有效性和安全性。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组予以阿奇霉素片;复方福尔可定口服溶液;盐酸氨溴索口服溶液;布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用银黄清肺胶囊。治疗5 d后,比较2组的临床疗效、中医症状积分、止咳时间、祛痰时间、退热时间、炎症因子和不良反应率。结果治疗组临床总有效率为93.33%,对照组为73.33%,2组的临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,2组治疗后的中医症状积分、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)均显著降低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后的中医症状积分、止咳时间、祛痰时间、退热时间、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α均显著低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05);2组的不良反应率相当(P>0.05)。结论银黄清肺胶囊具有良好的治疗CB急性发作痰热壅肺证的有效性和安全性,能够加速缓解临床症状和控制炎症反应,具有临床应用的前景。

Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of Yinhuang Qingfei Capsule in the treatment of acute episodes of chronic bronchitis(CB)with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome.Methods:60 CB patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.30 cases each group.The control group was given Azithromycin tablets,compound Vorcodine oral solution,Ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution and Ibuprofen sustained release capsule and the treatment group was added Yinhuang Qingfei capsule on the basis treatment of the control group.After 5 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,cough relief time,expectorant time,fever reduction time,inflammatory factors and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 73.33%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with those of the prior treatment,TCM symptom score,C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)were significantly decreased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the TCM symptom score,cough relief time,expectorant time,fever time,CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the two groups was similar(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yinhuang Qingfei Capsule has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of acute episode of chronic bronchitis with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome,can accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms and control inflammatory response,and has the prospect of clinical application.
