摘要
【目的】通过研究扦插及水培条件下不同品系或品种枸杞的生根能力,筛选出易于繁殖推广的枸杞材料,为枸杞的规模化繁育和高效培育提供科学参考。【方法】以14个不同枸杞品系或品种为材料,分别进行扦插和水培试验,测定扦插及水培后不同枸杞的生根指标:平均根粗(mm),平均根长(mm),平均生根数,生根率(%)和生根效果指数,进行评价分析。【结果】对不同枸杞品系或品种扦插生根的所有指标进行相关性分析表明,平均生根数与平均根长之间的相关性达到显著水平(P<0.05),生根穗条数与平均根长、生根效果指数与平均生根数之间的相关性达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。主成分分析结果表明,3个主成分的累计贡献率达94.674%,表明3个主成分包含了大部分测定指标信息。根据主成分综合得分,扦插生根能力最好的前3个枸杞材料依次是C1(311.82)、C4(163.64)、C5(139.73)。对不同枸杞水培生根的所有指标进行相关性分析表明,平均根长数与平均根粗之间的相关性达到显著水平(P<0.05),生根效果指数与平均根长数之间的相关性达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。主成分分析结果表明,3个主成分的累计贡献率达到100%,说明3个主成分可以涵盖所有指标100%的信息。根据主成分综合得分,水培生根能力较强的前3个枸杞品系或品种依次是C1(252.143)、C4(218.376)、C3(175.501)。C1、C4这2个枸杞材料的扦插和水培生根能力均较强。【结论】不同品系或品种的枸杞生根能力具有显著差异,C1、C3、C4这3种叶用枸杞无论是在扦插还是水培的栽培方式下生根能力均较强,不同品系或品种的枸杞在扦插和水培的繁育方式下生根能力存在极显著差异,同时叶用枸杞的生根能力明显强于果用枸杞。
【Objective】This study aims to investigate the rooting ability of different Lycium strains or varieties under cutting and hydroponic conditions to select Lycium materials that are easy to be propagated and promoted,providing scientific references for the efficient cultivation and large-scale breeding of Lycium in the future.【Method】Using 14 different Lycium strains or varieties,we conducted cutting and hydroponic experiments,measuring the rooting indicators including the average root diameter(mm),average root length(mm),average number of roots,rooting rate(%),and rooting effectiveness index,for evaluation and analysis.【Result】The correlation between the average root number and the average root length reached a significant level(P<0.05),and the correlation between the number of rooting plants and the average root length,the rooting effect index and the average root number reached a very significant level(P<0.01).The results of principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the three principal components was 94.674%,indicating that the three principal components contained most of the information of the measurement indexes.According to the comprehensive score of principal components,C1(311.82),C4(163.64)and C5(139.73)were the top three matril with the best rooting ability in cutting propagation.There was a significant correlation between the average root length and the average root diameter(P<0.05),and a very significant correlation between the rooting effect index and the average root length(P<0.01).The results of principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the three principal components reached 100%,indicating that the three principal components could cover 100%of the information of all indicators.According to the composite scores of principal components,C1(252.143),C4(218.376)and C3(175.501)had the stronger rooting ability in hydroponic culture.The cutting propagation and hydroponic culture rooting abilities of C1 and C4 Lycium materials were the strongest.【Conclusion】Analysis of the rooting ability under cutting and hydroponic conditions revealed significant differences in the rooting ability of different Lycium strains or varieties.Among them,the C1,C3,and C4 leaf-type Lycium showed strong rooting ability in both cutting and hydroponic cultivation methods,and the rooting ability of leaf-type Lycium was significantly stronger than that of fruit-type Lycium.
