全程营养管理改善晚期胃肠道肿瘤患者营养状况疗效分析

摘要 目的探讨全程营养管理对晚期胃肠道肿瘤患者营养状况评估及疗效。方法选取2020年9月至2021年12月开展全程营养管理的胃肠道肿瘤患者60例(观察组);2020年1月至2020年8月开展全程营养管理前的进展期胃肠道肿瘤患者55例(对照组)。采集患者营养状况信息,包括:营养状态NRS2002评估、PG-SGA患者主导的营养评分;同时行PS(ECOG一般状况评分)、血红蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白水平及淋巴细胞等指标分析。结果观察组ECOG评分降低,血红蛋白、白蛋白水平及淋巴细胞数均有所提高(P<0.05)。结论全程营养管理可改善进展期胃肠道肿瘤营养状况,提高患者生存质量。 Objective To explore the effect of whole-course nutritional management on improving the nutritional status of patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors.Methods Sixty patients with gastrointestinal cancer who were admitted to the department of Oncology from September 2020 to December 2010 were selected as the intervention group.Fifty-five patients with advanced gastrointestinal were selected as the control group from January 2020 to August 2020.Nutritional status information of the patients was collected including NRS2002 and pG-SGA patient-led nutritional score.PS(ECOG general status score),hemoglobin,lymphocyte count,albumin and prealbumin levels were also analyzed.Results With the decrease of ECOG score,hemoglobin count,lymphocyte count and albumin level were increased in the intervention group.Conclusion Whole-course nutritional management can improve the status and quality of the patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer.
