摘要
在碳中和背景下,我国在近几年内加速了新型建筑产业的工业化进程。装配式建筑在BIM技术的支持下,由于其节能环保和减少材料消耗的特点,已经历了飞速的进步。本研究采用BIM技术作为工具,以装配式建筑为研究对象,探讨了BIM技术在装配式建筑中的应用可能性,并为其在装配式建筑设计阶段提供了具体的应用策略,旨在推动装配式建筑的进一步发展,并探索BIM技术更广泛的应用领域。
In the context of carbon neutrality,China has accelerated the industrialization process of the new construction indus⁃try in recent years.With the support of BIM technology,prefabricated buildings have undergone rapid progress due to their en⁃ergy-saving,environmental protection,and reduced material consumption characteristics.This study uses BIM technology as a tool and focuses on prefabricated buildings.It explores the potential application of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings and provides specific application strategies for it in the design stage of prefabricated buildings.The aim is to promote the fur⁃ther development of prefabricated buildings and explore the wider application areas of BIM technology.
