摘要
在“双碳”背景下,企业自主减碳研究至关重要。为了减少资源稀缺的无烟煤消耗,提高高炉喷吹烟煤配比成为一项重要措施。通过对喷吹煤性能的认真研究,发现主要喷吹煤种之间存在性能差异。因此,有必要采取控制制粉系统氧含量、磨机温度等措施,保障喷吹制粉系统的安全运行。同时,应加强上下部的调剂匹配,促进煤气流的合理分布,弥补烟煤配比提高可能带来的不利影响。通过这些努力,成功实现烟煤配比达到50%以上的目标,使高炉炉况稳定顺行,并且取得了良好的技术经济指标。
In the context of"dual carbon",research on independent carbon reduction by enterprises is crucial.In order to re⁃duce the consumption of scarce anthracite resources,increasing the proportion of bituminous coal injection into blast furnaces has become an important measure.Through careful research on the performance of coal injection,it was found that there are performance differences between the main types of coal injection.Therefore,it is necessary to take measures such as control⁃ling the oxygen content of the powder making system and the temperature of the mill to ensure the safe operation of the injec⁃tion powder making system.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the adjustment and matching of the upper and lower parts,promote the reasonable distribution of gas flow,and compensate for the adverse effects that may be caused by the in⁃crease in bituminous coal ratio.Through these efforts,the goal of achieving a bituminous coal ratio of over 50%has been suc⁃cessfully achieved,ensuring stable and smooth blast furnace conditions,and achieving good technical and economic indicators.
