摘要
优质的表面涂层质量在产品防护、特殊性能实现和装饰方面发挥着重要作用,并日益成为产品价值的关键组成部分。传统的船舶表面喷涂通常采用人工作业方式,该操作工艺会产生大量的苯、甲醛等有毒有害物,且长时间在高重复性的喷涂作业及高空作业中,对操作者的身体和心理健康都会产生危害。另外,手工喷涂过程中,由于操作者自身的技能、情感等原因,会造成环境不达标、涂料利用率低、喷涂质量不稳定等诸多问题,造成了返修率较高,从而使生产效率降低。因此,研究船舶喷涂机器人喷涂装置的设计与仿真对于提高船舶表面涂层质量、提高生产效率、减少环境污染具有重要意义。
High quality surface coatings play an important role in product protection,special performance realization,and deco⁃ration,and are increasingly becoming a key component of product value.Traditional ship surface spraying is usually done man⁃ually,which generates a large amount of toxic and harmful substances such as benzene and formaldehyde.Moreover,prolonged exposure to highly repetitive spraying and high-altitude operations can pose a threat to the physical and mental health of opera⁃tors.In addition,during the manual spraying process,due to the operator's own skills,emotions,and other reasons,it can cause many problems such as substandard environment,low paint utilization rate,and unstable spraying quality,resulting in a high repair rate and reduced production efficiency.Therefore,studying the design and simulation of the spraying device for ship spraying robots is of great significance for improving the quality of ship surface coatings,improving production efficiency,and reducing environmental pollution.
