摘要
为了提高工作效率和减少工作繁琐度,研发了井下水平钻液压移动平台,以响应国家智慧矿山建设的号召。这一新平台解决了在现有井下大规格巷道钻探施工中需要堆砌钻探平台的问题,使得大规格断面井下钻机的架设更加便捷。同时,新平台便于近距离转场和方位角、倾角的转换,从而提升钻探工作效率,达到了改进目的,为钻探工作提供了更好的保障。
In order to improve work efficiency and reduce work complexity,a hydraulic mobile platform for underground hori⁃zontal drilling has been developed to respond to the call for national smart mining construction.This new platform solves the problem of stacking drilling platforms in existing large-scale underground tunnel drilling construction,making the installation of large-scale cross section underground drilling machines more convenient.At the same time,the new platform facilitates close range field transfer and azimuth and tilt angle conversion,thereby improving drilling efficiency and achieving improve⁃ment goals,providing better support for drilling work.
