摘要
针对某型飞机一起油箱附近电缆表面局部发黑的故障,通过故障现象,分析故障发生的原因,采取外观观察、体视检查、热重分析、差示扫描量热对比分析等手段,确定发生故障的根本原因,增加电缆检查、修理方法,消除质量隐患,提高电缆修理能力。
In view of the local blackening of the cable surface near a fuel tank of a certain type of aircraft,the cause of the fault was analyzed through the fault phenomenon,and the root cause of the fault was determined by means of appearance analysis,the cable inspection and repair methods were added to eliminate the hidden danger of quality and improve the cable repair ability.
