摘要
为提升中低压配电网的运行安全以及电能供应质量,研究基于多目标优化的中低压配电网电力规划方法。该方法采用双层电力规划模型设计,并通过自适应ε-支配多目标粒子群算法,完成中低压配电网双层电力规划目标求解。测试结果显示:该方法可降低配电网的建设成本以及电压偏差,保证配电网的稳定运行。
In order to improve the operation safety and power supply quality of medium and low voltage distribution network,the power planning method of medium and low voltage distribution network based on multi-objective optimization is studied.The two-layer power planning model and adaptiveε-dominated multi-objective particle swarm optimization(PSO)are used to solve the two-layer power planning objectives of medium and low voltage distribution networks.The test results show that this method can reduce the construction cost and voltage deviation of the distribution network,and ensure the stable operation of the distribution network.
