摘要
本文介绍了高频电刀在使用过程中,为了防止极板脱落带来的伤害,设计一款低压侧可悬浮地的安全、快捷检测高压端阻抗变化(负极板粘贴程度)的方法,主要包括振荡信号产生的方法、高压负极板间电阻浮空采集方法、高压极板阻抗智能标定修正算法、数字量值的防高频干扰的滤波算法和负极板粘贴程度、脱落诊断算法以及阻抗值显示控制等主要技术经行论证。经测试,该方法既能有效地检测出高压测得负极板的贴合状态,同时保证了高压端和低压端悬浮隔离,保证手术过程中病人的安全。
This paper introduces the high-frequency electric knife in the use of the process,in order to prevent the damage caused by the plate off,design a low-voltage side can be suspended on the safe and fast detection of high-voltage side impedance changes(negative plate paste degree)method,mainly including the method of oscillation signal generation,high-voltage negative plate resistance floating acquisition method,high-voltage plate impedance intelligent calibration correction algorithm,digital value of the anti high frequency interference filtering algorithm and negative plate paste degree,shedding diagnosis algorithm and impedance value display control and other major technical demonstration.After testing,this method can not only effectively detect the bonding state of the negative plate measured by high voltage,but also ensure the suspension isolation of the high voltage end and the low voltage end,and ensure the safety of the patient during the operation.
