海洋石油161平台电网分级卸载系统的优化改造

摘要 海洋石油161电网分级卸载智能系统能对平台所有设备卸载停运进行智能控制,功能包括手动卸载、自动卸载和分级卸载等,在两台主机运行的工况下,在任意一台主机发生故障退出电网后,分级卸载智能系统可准确快速卸载电网负荷,以满足另一台主机能够接住卸载后的电网负荷,使主机稳定运行,维修人员也可以通过人机界面了解设备运行情况,快速判断和解决设备故障,保障海上平台电网安全稳定。 The power grid segmented unloading intelligent system for HYSY 161 platform can intelligently control the unloading and shutdown of all the equipment on the platform,including manual unloading,automatic unloading and segmented unloading.Under the operating condition of two main machines,after any one of them is out of the power grid due to a fault,the segmented unloading intelligent system can accurately and quickly unload the power grid load to ensure that the other can catch the load of the power grid after unloading,and can make the main machine run stably.Maintenance personnel can also understand the operation of equipment through the man-machine interface,quickly judge and solve equipment failure,and ensure the safety and stability of offshore platform power grid.
