硫酸钙晶须的制备及应用研究进展

Research Progress on the Preparation and Application of Calcium Sulfate Whiskers

硫酸钙晶须是一种性能优良的改性增强材料,但由于目前制备的硫酸钙晶须的产率较低、质量较差,致使其在实际应用中受到一定的限制。为推动该问题的解决,本文介绍了当前硫酸钙晶须的制备方法,分析了各方法的优缺点,并介绍了硫酸钙晶须在材料改性及环境材料等方面的应用,对今后硫酸钙晶须的开发及应用研究提出了一些建议。

Calcium sulfate whisker is a kind of modified reinforcement material with excellent performance.However,due to the low yield and poor quality of calcium sulfate whisker prepared at present,its practical application is limited to some extent.In order to promote the solution of this problem,in this paper,the current preparation methods of calcium sulfate whisker were reviewed,and their advantages and disadvantages were compared.Meanwhile,the application of calcium sulfate whisker in material modification and environmental materials were also introduced.Finally,some suggestions on the development and application of calcium sulfate whisker in the future were proposed.
