管廊隧道在国内炼化企业厂际间的首次规模化成功应用

在隧道内铺设大量管线用来作为炼油化工装置连接厂际间的专用系统管廊,大榭石化管廊隧道在开建时在国内炼厂中确实没有规模化应用的案例,当时对管廊隧道的消防验收没有可参考依据,为此,浙江省公安消防总队特意组织专家对管廊隧道的消防设计召开评审会并提出审查意见。其安全性和可靠性存在一定的争议,在没有任何可借鉴经验的情况下,大榭石化为了集约用地、节省成本,通过在山体内开挖一条隧道,并在隧道内建设管架用来敷设物料输送管线,用管廊隧道实现了厂际间的连通,通过采用一系列安全措施,大胆开创了管廊隧道在国内炼化企业厂际间的首次规模化应用。经过装置两个大检修周期的运行检验,管廊隧道运行安全和各项指标均达到了预期。大榭石化管廊隧道的应用,既节约了土地资源,又降低了建设投资和运行成本,为今后同类型管廊隧道的再次应用提供了宝贵的可借鉴经验。
