摘要
学会工作人员的职业发展路径及发展期待关系到学会发展质量和发展持续性。通过对中国科协所属全国学会的调查及访谈发现,学会工作人员职称发展通道不畅、以科普专业职称为代表的社会化职称评审未能有效解决学会工作人员发展现实等问题仍然存在。“合理的晋升途径”“职称评审评聘问题”“良好的工作待遇”及“获得科普工作支持”是学会工作人员的主要诉求。为此,建议主管部门、各学会及工作人员自身三个主体共同发力:加强顶层设计,做好培训宣传;完善人才管理体系,健全激励培训机制;做好自身规划,积极提升个人能力,以有效助力学会工作人员的职业提升,建设一支专业化、职业化、精干高效、充满活力的工作人员队伍,推动学会工作高质量、可持续发展。
The career development path and development expectations of the staff in Science and Technology Societies are related to the quality and sustainability of the development of the Societies.The survey and interview of the Science and Technology Societies affiliated to the China Association for Science and Technology revealed that the process of obtaining professional titles for staff is not smooth,and the evaluation of socialized professional titles represented by science popularization professional titles cannot effectively solve the career development problems."Reasonable promotion paths","professional title evaluation and employment issues","good working treatment"and"support for science popularization works"are still the main demands.The study suggests that competent departments,associations,and staff should take appropriate measures,strengthen the top-level design,develop the promotion of training,improve the talent management system,and enhance incentive and training mechanism,all of which are important to this end.Do a good job in self-planning,and actively improve personal ability,so as to effectively assist the career advancement of the staff of the association.Building a specialized,professional,capable,efficient and energetic staff team,and promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the association's work.
