ZIF-8@改性微硅粉的制备及其Cu^(2+)吸附效果研究

摘要 为推动微硅粉废弃物的高附加值利用,本文采用原位合成法制备了ZIF-8@改性微硅粉混杂材料,然后采用FTIR、XRD、TG和SEM对其结构和形貌进行表征和分析。在此基础上,考察了微硅粉、酸化微硅粉、改性微硅粉以及ZIF-8@改性微硅粉混杂材料对Cu^(2+)的吸附性能,结果显示,其均对Cu^(2+)具有吸附作用。相对于微硅粉和酸化微硅粉,改性微硅粉拥有更好的吸附性能,而ZIF-8@改性微硅粉混杂材料对Cu^(2+)的吸附性能最优,吸附120min时最大吸附量可以达到17.87mg/g,相对于SF提高了约51.6%。 The ZIF-8@modified silica fume hybrid was prepared via in-situ synthesis method in order to promote the high value-added utilization of silica fume waste.And the chemical structure of the hybrid was characterized and analyzed by FTIR,XRD,TG and SEM.On this basis,the adsorption properties of silica fume,acidified silica fume,modified silica fume and ZIF-8@modified silica fume hybrid on Cu^(2+)were investigated.Results showed that the Cu^(2+)can be adsorbed by them all.Compared with silica fume and acidified silica fume,the modified silica fume had better adsorption performance.In addition,the ZIF-8@modified silica fume hybrid had the best adsorption performance for Cu^(2+),and the maximum adsorption capacity can reach 17.87mg/g at the adsorption time of 120min,which is about 51.6%higher than that of SF.
