摘要
数字化转型和AI快速发展造就的数智时代改变了知识生态环境和知识技术体系,用户呼唤全媒介、全知识和全过程的“三全”知识服务。从个性特质、知识素质、技能素质和任务素质4个维度探析了数智环境下知识服务馆员应该具备的岗位胜任力,提出了更新服务理念、构建复合型知识结构、学习新兴智能技术、强化科研训练、提升沟通协作能力等促进馆员养成“专深+终身”胜任力素质的策略,为知识服务馆员的招聘、遴选和培养提供有效指导,为高校图书馆培养数智环境下的智慧馆员提供视角。
The era of digital intelligence created by digital transformation and rapid development of AI has changed the knowledge ecological environment and knowledge technology system,and users call for the“all media,all knowledge and all process”knowledge services.From the four dimensions of individual features,knowledge qualities,skill qualities and task qualities,this paper probes into the post competency that knowledge service librarians should possess under the environment of digital intelligence,and puts forward some strategies for promoting librarians to develop“specialized+life⁃long”competence,such as updating service concept,building complex knowledge structure,learning emerging intelli⁃gent technology,strengthening scientific research training,and improving communication and collaboration ability,which provide an effective guidance for the recruitment,selection and training of knowledge service librarians and a per⁃spective for university libraries to train intelligent librarians under the environment of digital intelligence.
