用户感知视角下App隐私政策合规性评价研究--以国内社交媒体类App为例

Research on Compliance Evaluation of App Privacy Policies from the Perspective of User Perception:Taking Social Media Apps in China as Examples

数智时代,研究评价社交媒体类App隐私政策的合规性,旨在对我国社交媒体类App隐私政策的科学制定和优化完善方面提供参考。以8款国内热门的社交媒体App的隐私政策文本为研究样本,从用户感知视角出发,构建包含4个一级指标和16个二级指标的社交媒体类App合规性评价指标体系;通过层次分析法和问卷调查法收集数据,使用物元可拓模型、TOPSIS评价法、模糊综合评价法、VIKOR评价法4种方法进行综合评价,并对评价结果进行比较与评估;指出尽管我国社交媒体类App隐私政策合规性评价结果较好,但文本可读性、个人信息收集与存储、个人信息共享与使用、个人信息安全与权利保障方面仍存在可读性弱、表述模糊、内容缺失等问题;针对存在问题提出优化建议。

In the age of digital intelligence,this paper evaluates the compliance of social media App’s privacy policy,aiming to provide reference for the scientific formulation and optimization improvement of social media App’s privacy poli⁃cy in China.This paper takes the privacy policy texts of eight popular social media Apps in China as research samples,constructs a social media App compliance evaluation index system with 4 first-levels and 16 second-levels from the per⁃spective of user perception;collects the data by hierarchical analysis method and questionnaire survey method,then uses four methods of object element topologizable model,TOPSIS evaluation method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and VIKOR evaluation method,to conduct comprehensive evaluation,after that compares and assesses the evaluation re⁃sults;points out that although the evaluation results of the compliance of privacy policy of social media Apps in China are well,there are problems of poor readability,ambiguous expression,and missing content in text readability,personal infor⁃mation collection and storage,personal information sharing and use,and personal information security and rights protec⁃tion.In the end,this paper proposes optimization suggestions for these problems.
