摘要
针对关中矿区煤矿资源逐渐枯竭、“建下”压煤量大、煤矸石外排难等问题,提出了煤矸井下分选及短壁充填方法。对比了不同煤矸分选技术及煤矸石充填技术的优缺点,并基于煤矸分选技术和短壁充填技术相结合的方法研究了煤矸井下分选及短壁充填技术在关中矿区的适用性。以关中矿区百良旭升煤矿煤矸井下分选系统及CT501短壁充填面为工程案例,分析了煤矸井下分选及短壁充填系统工艺原理、系统布置、关键设备和关键技术。通过煤矸分选及充填效果监测、地表沉降观测和效益分析,实践结果表明,在关中矿区实施煤矸井下分选及短壁充填技术可有效控制地表沉降、减少煤矸石外排、延长资源枯竭型矿井剩余服务年限,经济及生态效益显著。
In view of the problems such as the gradual depletion of coal resources in Guanzhong mining area,the large amount of coal under construction,and the removal of coal gangue,a method of underground coal gangue separation and short wall filling is proposed.The advantages and disadvantages of different gangue separation technologies and gangue filling technologies are compared.Based on the method of combining gangue separation technology with short wall filling technology,the applicability of underground gangue separation and short wall filling technology in Guanzhong mining area is studied.Taking the underground coal gangue sorting system and CT501 short wall filling face of Bailiang Xusheng coal mine in Guanzhong mining area as the engineering case,analyzes the technological principle,system layout,key equipment and key technology of the underground coal gangue sorting and short wall filling system.Through the monitoring of gangue sorting and filling effect,surface settlement observation and benefit analysis,the practical results show that the implementation of underground gangue sorting and short wall filling technology in Guanzhong mining area can effectively control the surface settlement,reduce the discharge of gangue,and extend the remaining service life of resource exhausted mines,with significant economic and ecological benefits.
