孕妇定期产检对预防妊娠期母婴疾病及并发症发生的效果分析

The Effectiveness of Regular Prenatal Checkups for Pregnant Women in Reducing Maternal and Infant Diseases and Complications

目的探讨孕妇定期产检对预防母婴疾病及并发症发生的效果。方法选取2022年1—12月在福清市阳下街道社区卫生服务中心定期行产前检查次数≥5次的234例孕妇纳入观察组,另选取同期管理中未定期产检的230例产妇纳入对照组,对比两组孕妇妊娠并发症发生情况、妊娠结局,以及孕妇产前1个月和产后心理状态。结果观察组妊娠糖尿病发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组其他妊娠并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。产后,两组孕妇的心理状态评分较产前1个月均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组终止妊娠率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿黄疸、窒息等发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孕妇定期产检可减少妊娠并发症的发生,改善孕妇心理状态及母婴结局。

Objective To explore the effect of regular prenatal checkups on preventing maternal and infant diseases and complications in pregnant women.Methods A total of 234 pregnant women who underwent regular prenatal examinations≥5 times at the Yangxia Street Community Health Service Center from January to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.In addition,230 pregnant women who did not undergo regular prenatal examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.The incidence of pregnancy complications,pregnancy outcomes,and psychological status of pregnant women in the first month before delivery and postpartum were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of pregnancy diabetes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of other pregnancy complications between the two groups(P>0.05).After childbirth,the psychological status scores of both groups of pregnant women significantly decreased compared to the first month before delivery,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The termination rate of pregnancy in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of jaundice,asphyxia,etc.between the two groups of newborns(P>0.05).Conclusion Regular prenatal checkups can reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications,improve the psychological state of pregnant women,and improve maternal and infant outcomes.
