教学如何影响地方师范院校大学生的学习投入——求职信念的中介作用

How Does Teaching Affect Students'Investment in Learning in Local Normal Colleges:The Role of Intermediary in Job Hunting Belief?

摘要 以某地方师范院校6958名大学生为研究样本,综合运用相关分析、回归分析和结构方程模型等方法,探索学生对课堂教学环境感知对其学习投入的影响机制,以及学生求职信念在影响机制中的中介作用。结果表明:教学环境感知正向显著影响学习投入,求职信念既正向显著预测学习投入,又在教学环境感知对学习投入影响中起到部分中介作用。构成教学环境感知的四个要素中,理解性教学和学业反馈正向显著影响学习投入,教师支持负向显著影响学生学习的认知投入和情感投入,同伴互助的影响不显著。在所有的影响路径中,就业信念在学业反馈对学习投入影响路径中中介作用最大,其次是理解性教学的影响路径。增强大学生的学习投入力度,亟须深化教学改革,开展基于理解的教学设计和授课,注重学生平时作业的反馈评价,弱化通过期末“一考即终”的评价,关注学生的就业信念,多渠道增强学生就业信心。 Using 6958 college students in a local normal university as the case in study,this paper comprehensively used correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation model to ex-plore the mechanism of students'perception of classroom teaching environment on their learning en-gagement,and the intermediary role of students'job hunting belief in the influence mechanism.The results show that the perception of teaching environment has a positive and significant effect on learning investment,and job hunting belief not only predicts learning engagement,but also plays a partial intermediary role in the influence of teaching environment perception on learning engage-ment.Among the four factors that constitute the perception of teaching environment,understanding teaching and academic feedback have a positive and significant impact on learning engagement,but teacher support has a negative impact on students'cognitive and emotional engagement,and peer assistance has no significant impact.Among all the influence paths,employment belief plays the most important role in the influence path of academic feedback on learning engagement,followed by the influence path of understanding teaching.To enhance the learning input of college students,it is urgent to deepen the teaching reform,carry out the teaching design and teaching based on un-derstanding,pay attention to the feedback evaluation of students'daily homework,weaken the eval-uation of"one test is finished"at the end of the semester,pay attention to students'employment be-lief,and enhance students'employment confidence through multiple channels.
