民办高校大学生劳动价值观的现状及培育路径

Present Situation and Cultivation Path of Labor Value of College Students in Private Colleges and Universities

民办高校大学生的劳动价值观存在偏差,源自学校、社会、家庭、个人四个层面。高校劳动教育课程的针对性不强、家庭劳动价值观理念缺失、社会环境复杂等等是民办高校大学生劳动价值观培育的主要困境。为使大学生树立正确的劳动价值观,民办高校应结合学生特点与办学特色,以“五育融合”思想为指导,将劳动教育价值观的培育融入教育实践之中。

The deviation of labor values in private colleges and universities has deviation,which mainly comes from four aspects:school,society,family and individual.The lack of pertinence of college labor education curriculum,the lack of family labor values and the complexity of social envi-ronment are the main difficulties in the cultivation of labor values in private colleges and universi-ties.In order to make college students establish correct labor values,private colleges and universi-ties should integrate the cultivation of labor education values into educational practice by combining the characteristics of students and the characteristics of running schools,guided by the thought of"five education integration".
