对工程项目进行模块化分解,并设定了编码体系。此外,讲述标准模块的选取原则,并在模块划分的基础上提出标准模块的BIM模型创建方法。同时,提供计算标准模块、类似模块和非标准模块的各项控制指标方法,包括造价指标、空间指标和进度指标等。大型工程项目采用模块化划分和管理有助于降低管理难度、提高效率,并且大型工程项目结合BIM技术的项目模块化建模与控制指标计算方法是一种有效的建筑项目管理方法,能够提高项目的效率和质量,并减少不必要的成本和风险。
This study will decompose the engineering project into modules and establish a coding system.In addition,explain the selection principles of standard modules and propose a BIM model creation method for standard modules based on module division.At the same time,provide methods for calculating various control indicators of standard modules,similar modules,and non-standard modules,including cost indicators,spatial indicators,and progress indicators.The use of modular division and management in large-scale engineering projects can help reduce management difficulty and improve efficiency.The project modular modeling and control index calculation method combined with BIM technology in large-scale engineering projects is an effective construction project management method,which can improve project efficiency and quality,and reduce unnecessary costs and risks.
