摘要
厦门某新建高铁站站房工程由于原地铁支护结构与社会通廊结构发生冲突,需要对既有运营地铁支护桩进行拆除。为确保既有运营地铁上部支护桩的拆除过程的安全性,需要对拆除工艺和监测技术方案进行专门的研究和策划。通过对支护桩拆除方案从实施效果、能源消耗和噪声控制等方面进行对比,确定在该项目中采用桩头绳锯切割法为更优方案,并结合项目自身特点,优化支护桩拆除施工工艺。此外,项目还通过智能监测结合定期人工监测的方式,可实时并准确地掌握施工过程中的关键控制信息,及时发现问题和风险,采取相应的措施,以确保施工安全。经实践证明,上述措施有效保证了既有运营地铁在支护桩拆除过程中运营安全。
Due to the conflict between the original subway support structure and the social corridor structure in a new high-speed railway station building project in Xiamen,the existing operating subway support piles need to be removed.In order to ensure the safety of the demolition process of the upper supporting piles of the existing subway,it is necessary to conduct special research and planning on the demolition process and monitoring technical scheme.By comparing the support pile removal scheme in terms of implementation effect,energy consumption and noise control,it is determined that the pile head wire saw cutting method is the better solution in this project,and the construction process of support pile removal is optimized in combination with the characteristics of the project itself.In addition,through intelligent monitoring combined with regular manual monitoring,the project can accurately grasp the key control information in the construction process in real time,detect problems and risks in time,and take corresponding measures to ensure construction safety.It has been proved by practice that the above measures effectively ensure the operation safety of existing subways during the removal of support piles.
