装甲车辆发动机故障诊断与健康监测研究进展

摘要 装甲车辆发动机故障诊断与健康监测是提高装甲车辆发动机安全性、可靠性以及经济性的关键技术,是实现发动机视情维修的重要方法之一。分析了装甲车辆发动机故障诊断系统研究现状以及监测难点,从振动分析法、噪声分析法,油液监测法、热力性能参数法和瞬时转速诊断法方面详细论述了综述了发展现状。对装甲车辆发动机故障诊断技术发展方向进行了探讨,旨在为相关设计人员与研究人员提供参考,从而更好地保障装甲车辆安全、稳定、高效使用。 Fault diagnosis and health monitoring of armored vehicle engines are key technologies to improve the safety,reliability,and economy of armored vehicle engines,and are one of the important methods to achieve condition based engine maintenance.The current research status and monitoring difficulties of armored vehicle engine fault diagnosis systems are analyzed.A detailed review of the development status from vibration analysis,noise analysis,oil monitoring,thermal performance parameters,and instantaneous speed diagnosis methods are provided.The development direction of armored vehicle engine fault diagnosis technology is discussed,aiming to provide reference for relevant designers and researchers,so as to better ensure the safety,stability,and efficient use of armored vehicles.
