摘要 如何有效管理和追踪港口物流链是智慧港口建设急需解决的问题。以物联网、人工智能等为代表的数字技术为智慧港口建设数字散货堆场提供技术支撑。本文基于国内智慧港口形势,建立了一套基于智能物联网(AIoT)的数字散货堆场系统,将散货堆场中的物料与传感器连接,实现对物料进出场、移位堆放、存储信息、物流状态等进行实时监测和追踪的全程管理,为港口管理人员提供实时的物流状态和库存信息,提高港口的运输效率和服务质量,为打造世界级港口群注入新动力。 How to effectively manage and track port logistics chain becomes an urgent problem to be solved in the construction of smart ports.Digital technologies represented by IoT(Internet of Things)and artificial intelligence supports the construction of digital bulk cargo yards of smart ports.Based on the current situation of smart ports in China,a digital bulk-cargo yard system is based on AIoT(Artificial Intelligence&Internet of Things),namely,the materials in bulk cargo yard connect to sensors,full-process management is achieved by real-time monitoring and tracking of the materials being in and out of yard,shifting&storage information,logistics status and etc.The system provides port staff with real-time logistics status and inventory information,raises the efficiency in transport and the quality in service,and serves as a new drive for creating a world-class port cluster.
