海上风电工程大型构件姿态监测系统开发与应用研究

摘要 在海上风电工程施工过程中,大型构件的定位精度、下沉姿态控制是关系工程质量和施工安全的重要指标,为了实现对大型构件全程动态监测,本文开发了基于RTK定位技术的姿态监测系统,系统根据实时定位数据自动计算大型构件的当前姿态和位置,并用倾角计获取的构件横滚角和纵摇角数据进行校核,即实现了对大型构件的高精度定位和姿态测量,结合施工控制系统使大型构件平稳、准确的安装在目标位置,经过多个海上风电工程实际应用,系统稳定可靠,运行效果良好。 In the construction process of offshore wind power projects,the positioning accuracy and submerged attitude control of large components are important indicators related to engineering quality and construction safety.In order to achieve dynamic monitoring of large components throughout the entire process,this article has developed an attitude monitoring system based on RTK positioning technology.The system automatically calculates the current attitude and position of large components based on real-time positioning data,and uses the data from inclinometers to obtain the component's roll angle and pitch angle for verification.This achieves high-precision positioning and attitude measurement of large components.By combining with the construction control system,large components can be smoothly and accurately installed in the target location.After multiple practical applications in offshore wind power projects,the system is stable and reliable,with good operational results.
